Future Needs joins EqPay4all project meeting in Cyprus
In late September, Future Needs’ newly appointed Innovation Project Manager, Lee Ingleton, participated in the second EqPay4all Team Project Meeting in Agios Theodoros, Larnaca, Cyprus. The Women’s Association of Rural Larnaka, a non-profit organization championing female entrepreneurship and local volunteerism, graciously hosted the event.
The meeting provided Lee an invaluable opportunity to meet project partners in person for the first time and delve into the project’s progress. Over two days, the consortium aligned on key updates and charted the course for future steps.

Cultural immersion and project milestones
The first day kicked off with a vibrant cultural experience at the Larnaka Festival of Tradition and Culture. Participants savored local cuisine, admired handcrafted goods, and joined in traditional music and dance, adding a lively dimension to the networking and team-building activities.
On day two, the formal Team Project Meeting (TPM) commenced. The agenda covered a project management update, a presentation on developing learning webinars, and discussions about the project’s four core learning modules: “Mind the Gap,” “No One Needs Stereotypes,” “Stories of Heroes,” and “Work-Life (Im)balance.” The team reviewed progress, tracked learning objectives, and clarified upcoming tasks and deadlines.
Future Needs’ key contributions include designing the website and Virtual Think Tank platform, featuring a mentor map and learning module certificates for participants upon module completion, as well as creating introductory videos for each module. Discussions also centered on ensuring the platform’s multilingual capability and refining the landing page’s technical elements.
Special thanks to Anna Kosma and Georgia Poitaridou of the Women’s Association of Rural Larnaka, whose exceptional hospitality made the event truly memorable.
