GreenPosts Meeting in Sofia, Bulgaria

GreenPosts project partners met in Sofia for the first, in-person, two-days project meeting. 

“GreenPosts project aims to implement a general concept and approach to greening postal services’ operations by introducing a mindset of sustainability linked to the transition to a circular and greener economy.”

Under the hospitality of Bulgarian Posts, project partners had the opportunity to discuss the project’s current state, assess challenges and define ways to move forward. Furthermore, project partners brainstormed about the dissemination and communication activities and set up their next steps for the project’s outreach. 

Future Needs informed the partners on the status of the Self Assessment Tool that will be published by the end of September. Future Needs also demonstrated the sections and the use of the Virtual Think Tank where the online courses will be hosted and presented the structure and the content of the “How posts can “green” their budgets” course material.
