On April 12th, 2025, the Future Needs team took part in the Women in Business and Beyond Conference in Limassol – the largest women empowerment event in Cyprus. As one of the event’s sponsors, we were proud to support a full day dedicated to business, growth, tech, innovation, and culture.
The event brought together visionary women from across the country for a dynamic programme of enriching discussions, interactive workshops, networking opportunities, local business exhibitions, and entertainment.
As part of the day’s programme, Anna Palaiologk, Founder and Head of Research of Future Needs, led a workshop titled: “Women in Science: Funding Opportunities and Research Themes in Demand.”
In the session, Anna shared practical guidance on how women can access and benefit from EU funding opportunities, drawing on her own experience in helping organisations succeed, especially in underrepresented sectors like healthcare, agriculture, transport, and education.
