Project overview

The construction sector is one of Europe’s most resource-intensive industries, generating large amounts of construction and demolition waste. RECONMATIC addresses this challenge by developing innovative digital solutions that improve material traceability, resource efficiency, and the reuse of construction materials.

By combining circular economy principles with digitalisation and data-driven technologies, the project supports the transition towards a more sustainable, resilient, and climate-neutral built environment.

Future Needs' Role

Future Needs joined the RECONMATIC consortium as the Dissemination and Exploitation (DCE) Work Package Leader, with a strong focus on clustering, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement.

Key contributions:

Clusters - Leading clustering activities and cross-project synergies to strengthen collaboration and maximise project impact.

Capacity Building - Designing digital learning solutions and coordinating the development of educational resources to support skills development and knowledge transfer.

Design - Developing the project's visual identity, website and communication assets.

Communication - Managing the website, social media presence, newsletters and content creation.

Dissemination - Coordinating dissemination activities across the consortium, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, knowledge transfer, and visibility of project results.

Exploitation - Leading the exploitation strategy and supporting the long-term uptake and sustainability of project results.
